The skills of Filipinos are said to be the most closely-aligned people to Americans in terms of way of life. Filipinos are hired by American companies due to their American-influenced culture, and are dubbed as the most Americanized nation in ASIA or in fact around the world since the Philippines was under the American rule in the time of the Spanish-American war decades ago. Filipinos can converse with Americans in the most natural way that is why they can carry out instructions and issue understanding in such a good quality manner.
