Vu Manh Thang - I Am Superman

great boss
If you are running a company and responsible for managing six or more employees, you have special requirements.  As a manager, leader, or boss you have to organize efficiently; cultivate your employees so they can take over and manage your responsibilities; and be proficient with your time so you can also enjoy life. If you lack these special requirements, running your business will turn into a dreadful experience – or maybe it already has.

Flourishing entrepreneurs whose business supports their preferred lifestyle understand the secrets of being a great manager or boss.  These successful business owners know and understand which task or activities they need to do. And each of these tasks is carefully delegated. To be a great boss, you have to stop thinking that nobody can do your delegated task right. You have to stop thinking this way and start believing in the capabilities of your employees.

Once you figure out which tasks you need to delegate, select the employees whom you can trust to do the task right. You can start by delegating less essential tasks and activities. And make time to educate and coach these workers to perform important tasks and activities. Investing time to coach and educate your employees will help you save a massive amount of time in the future.

Majority of entrepreneurs are disappointed when their orders are misinterpreted. Remember the prime rule of delegation: remember to ask for a description of what your employee will do. Although this may also be a bit time-consuming but doing so will give you top-quality results. Doing so will also help you save tons of time in the future.

The secret to facilitating your workers to become cooperative, proficient, and trustworthy professionals is to get their participation. Engage your employees in problem solving by asking questions and suggestions. By getting them to participate, you will aid them to think better, allowing them to become self-sufficient.

A good leader listens to his employee’s suggestions and allows workers to do things the worker’s way if possible. Although as a boss you may have a better way of achieving tasks and activities, allow your employee to do what he thinks is more comfortable for him. By doing so, you will encourage your worker to have a huge investment in his own ideas.
