Your thoughtfulness will surely be appreciated. Once in awhile, spoil or pamper your customers for no reason at all. Just make them feel like they are the most important people in the world. Treat them like royalty.
Over-deliver customer satisfaction by making yourself indispensable even after a business deal is finish. Also celebrate with your customers. You can send them champagne or flowers when they achieve something important. Let them feel your presence and make them feel that you are sincerely happy for their achievements.
Remember to ask your customers what they need, how you can offer them a more useful and better service. And lastly, for your to over-deliver, you have to undersell. Provide yourself more room to impress your customers.
